iCargo has a status of Authorised Economic Operator(AEOC). The AEO concept is based on the Customs-to-Business partnership introduced by the World Customs Organisation (WCO). Traders who voluntarily meet a wide range of criteria work in close cooperation with customs authorities to assure the common objective of supply chain security and are entitled to enjoy benefits throughout the EU.

We can also manage complete customs clearance for you both in Germany and in the destination countries concerned in the CIS.
Our customs services at a glance:

• Production of transit declarations (T1) from the Free Port of Hamburg including change of keeper.
• As we are an authorised dispatcher/recipient, we can safeguard bonded goods in our bonded warehouse at any time.
• We have our own open customs warehouse (OCW) in Hamburg, Germany .
• Production of export declarations (EX1) throughout Germany
• Export processing including CMR, Carnet TIR processing.
• Import processing (payment of duty)
• Custom clearance in Russia, Kazakhstan and the Ukraine.
